Amy Jo Palmquest chosen for cover of STRONG Fitness Magazine’s ‘Brave New Year’ Issue


January 4, 2022 – Amy Jo Palmquest, 37, a NUTRISHOP® franchisee and an ACE-certified personal trainer with a degree in exercise science and nutrition, is the cover model for STRONG Fitness Magazine’s January/February 2022 “Brave New Year” issue. Inside, she shares how she overcame obstacles running a gym and Nutrishop store during the pandemic and how she strives to put others first, including her clients.

“I feel so fortunate to have this opportunity with Strong Fitness Magazine,” Palmquest said. “But beyond that, it strengthens my passion and mission to keep helping people live healthier lives.”
